Captain Nikolay Alexandrov

I began sailing at the age of 9! Have extensive heavy weather experience as a result of 16 years of racing in the Black Sea and Baltic Sea. I was a Bulgarian National Team competitor on vessels ranging from 22 ft – 45 ft. I have been an instructor since 1998.

I have captained power and sail vessels from 30 – 82 ft. I have extensive knowledge of the US and Mexican West Coast, Inside Passage, Alaska, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Caribbean, Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. I have done multiple deliveries from/to Hawaii as well as Atlantic crossings. As well, I have a great deal of experience with maintenance.
